Measure your band
Wrap a tape measure firmly around your ribcage directly under your bust. Round to the nearest even number — that's your AU band size.

Measure your bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Don't squish — it should sit lightly.

Find your cup
Subtract your band from your bust (in cm). Each 2cm difference = one cup size. 2cm = A, 4cm = B, 6cm = C, 8cm = D, 10cm = DD, 12cm = E, 14cm = F, 16cm = FF, 18cm = G.

Try sister sizes
If a brand doesn't carry your exact size, a sister size has the same cup volume. Going up one band = go down one cup. 14E and 16D are the same cup volume.
